Youtube Channels for Online Courses
Youtube is used extensively by UMaineOnline faculty. It is recommended that faculty create individual channels for their online courses under their official UMS (@maine.edu) google account. In order for our instructional designers to better support you, we recommend that you consider the use of multi-user youtube channel account options to delegate one or more of our instructional designers as a “manager” of your online course channel. Here is a brief overview of this process.

- Use your @Maine.edu account for all UMaineOnline course channels
- Add the Official UMaine Youtube watermark to your UMaineOnline youtube channels.
- Add an instructional designer as a manager to each channel
