Minimum Technology Requirements

The computer must have speakers and a microphone capabilities for Zoom video conferencing. 
Minimum OS: Mac OS X with Mac OS 10.10 and higher. Windows 7 and higher.
Mac OS, Windows OS or Chrome OS computer with: 2.5 GHz Dual Core Intel Core i5 and higher desktop CPU.
Bandwidth Requirements: 2.0 Mbps or faster

Blackboard

Blackboard (Bb) is a Learning Management System (LMS) used by the University of Maine and is where you may access online coursework for some classes.

Google Apps

As a University of Maine student you will be asked to use Google Suite for email, collaboration on group work, the creation of presentations, etc.  Learn to use these tools efficiently and with confidence.

Zoom

Find support, tutorials, and access to Zoom web video conferencing. Zoom is a program used to hold meetings with online students used by advisors and instructors.

Kaltura

Access your Media Library through Kaltura. Create a presentation via video recording for class with Kaltura.
