“I recently reached a point in my career where I wanted to continue my professional growth and learning in an academic setting. The Disability Studies Certificate program has been the perfect choice for me. Enrolling met my need to expand learning and provided me with something concrete to point to at the conclusion of the program. This program is more than just professional development. Entering the program, I felt pretty knowledgeable about disability issues. The instructors have not only prompted me to change my way of thinking, but they have also taught me concrete skills and tools that I can use for the remainder of my career.
